Print and Stitch 2 day Workshop with Julie Crabtree June 22 + June 23, 2024

Join us Saturday and Sunday, June 22nd and 23rd from 1-4pm each day for this fun workshop. You'll begin by using household items like bubble wrap, corks, and stencils to print and overprint paint onto paper and fabric, creating a base design. You'll then layer the printed background with shear materials and netting to create a unique background for hand stitching. You might cut back layers, and add beads and found objects to create texture. You'll learn simple stitches and see samples of Julie's work for inspiration. You'll go home at the end of day two with your own completed artwork.

No previous embroidery knowledge is needed, all materials are provided. Registration fee is $125.00 per person. Register online here.
