A Gravitron is a planet whose orbit has caused it to stray close to the accretion disk of an enormous and omnipotent black hole somewhere in the vast reaches of outer space. One can see how the planet is first flattened and then twisted by the tidal forces of gravity acting upon it as it enters the event horizon of the black hole, the point of no return before it disappears from our sight into the singularity, a place where even light cannot escape. These Planets are made of clear and deep amethyst glass against trapped air bubbles.
This Gravitron is a sphere and will require a stand. About 2 1/4" across, signed JS and the year it was made. See stand options in the "Stands" section of our online store.
