Shipping policy

General Shipping & Handling Policy:

Not all items for sale in the online store can ship. If that is the case, that is explained in the item description, you won't be able to select a shipping service and rate. Those items will need to be picked up in person from our Shelburne Falls location.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 7 days.

We ship to the contiguous United States (including Washington DC) and Canada only.

You will receive an email confirmation upon placing an order when the order is shipped.

Shipping charges include order processing, packaging, handling, and shipping.

We do not ship to PO boxes.
